E3: Build Six Mile Creek Trail (Wegmans to Plain St)

This is a Six Mile Creek Trail priority project.

• Connect Wegmans driveway to S Plain St with protected bike lanes and shared use paths where appropriate

• Repave S Plain St

• Improve safety by adding signal priority and diverter at Meadow St
